A spacious, ultra modern tech house with fully equipped media room is what we created for our young, tech savvy clients.
The narrow, sloping small block, normally a challenge in design, was cleverly incorporated as the front of the house stepped down to the rear, following the natural terrain of the land. Ultra high ceilings, around an indoor/outdoor open plan living gives this residence a spacious, contemporary feel. The back has magnificent parkland views, while the modern street frontage has a high impact, modern facade.
