Split Level Splendour
A splendid, split level home now sits elegantly on a lot that was once an empty, severely sloping block. Pole construction was the most cost effective solution to working with the terrain, and a Balinese motif to the roof shapes add a feature of contemporary elegance.
The living and entertainment areas were deliberately positioned at the rear of the property. An open plan kitchen and dining room flows out to a rear undercover alfresco area to maximise the views to the hinterland.
