Parkland Elegance
A brief to create a contemporary masterpiece on a narrow, sloping block with a character control code created some design challenges, but the outcome was a modern, tri level home with views to the surrounding parkland.
The house was deliberately stepped down to work with the natural terrain, leading to a lower level living and entertainment area. An open plan kitchen and dining flows onto a covered entertainment area overlooking the pool.
This result? An elegant and spacious home for the owners to enjoy time with family in friends in the surrounds of the leafy parkland.
