Distinctive Investment
Two distinctly different homes were created for an investor client with two adjoining blocks on a gentle slope.
The ground floor was designed with an open plan living space, including kitchen, lounge, dining leading to the rear entertaining area. A study nook, scullery, laundry and storage area were tucked away near the garage.
The bedroom wing on the upper floor has four bedrooms, including a master suite with walk in robe and his and hers ensuite. An open plan rumpus area on the upper floor provides additional living space.
As there weren't any demolition or heritage control restrictions in the area, two very modern facades was created, giving the home a disctinctive and individual look.
